Vision benefits are delivered through the participating doctors of the Vision Care Plan (VCP) and the plan covers examinations, professional services, lenses and frames within the benefit limits. Employers have the flexibility to choose one of three copayments to best suit the needs of their associates and benefits can be available in either 12 or 24 month benefit periods.
